has anyone else had prblems with there itunes???
for example mines been constantly re-opening after iv closed it, wont let me upload videos and sometimes dusnt even play the music.
has anyone else had these problems, anyone know how to fix it??

I have not experienced these problems yet, i hope i dont and sorry i dont have an answer for this.

I suggest downloading the latest version and/or re-installing the current one you have.

alright some of my friends said do the same thing so ill give it a try next time it decides to stuff up

yeh i was using windows media player. but then i had to wipe m compputer clean and then i got an ipod so i had to use itunes.

I hate it when your pc gets wiped it doesnt matter how it happens the point is you have lost your data and its annoying i have plenty of backups Smile

yeh but least it gets rid of those really hard viruses. i have backups aswell, just hope no viruses get to em

When i had trouble getting my iTunes working i download Quicktime Player as well. Now it works perfectly.

iTunes needs Quicktime to work properly i think. I have three different media players on my computer - VLC, Windows and Quicktime.

when i got itunes quicktime came with it so yes i think you do need quicktime

I still use version 8.5 without a problem so updating may not be your problem.

This has happend to me on my laptop and i found out what i had done. I deleted something to do with safari which made it go really wrong. I couldnt download itunes again so i had to make a whole new user accout for my actul computer so i lost everything on my computer but i just renstalled it.
I hope this is not the case for you.
