What drive ?
What drive shall i buy ?
Hey guys im new to this forum and i have a quick question.
Im looking to buy an xbox 360 that is banned, because i dont want any of the features that are disabled anyway.
I have a few options-
1. Buy a banned Hitachi 1.51 ( my understanding is this will play all waves, correct ? )
2. Buy a near brand new lite-on 1.6 ( will play up to wave 3, correct ? )
They are both pro consoles - the hitachi only has a 20 gb HD but the Lite-on has a 60 gb HD
They are both similiar prices ( Hitachi is slightly cheaper )
Both come with equal accesories
So what should i do ? Buy the hitachi for offline play on all waves ? or buy the newer lite-on and wait for ixtreme LT to come out and flash it with that ( btw is flashing equipment expensive ?)
*Both are in very good condition as far as i can see*
Thanks for any one that helps, ThAtRaNdOmGuY

Re: What drive shall i buy ?
Hmmm if you think you are capable of flashing your xbox 360 definately go with the lite-on as the equipment you will need is quite cheap.
on the other hand if you have no idea of how to flash or dont know anyone who can the hitachi might be a better option although you will be getting less "bang for your buck" as the lite-on is a newer model ( i assume ) and has a 60gb harddrive.
So ill let you make the final decision....
