There is a game almost exactly like it called Skullpogo made with GameMaker i don't know if it copies but sometimes i feel like saying something because it gets a lot of praise.

GameMaker is capable of so many things, it truly is a good program

I think so, i think i first played Indestruc2tank before Skull Pogo was release which I think was quite recently. When you consider Indestruc2tank is a sequel it almost seems definite.
