COD vs HALO

2 of the greatest FPS games there are on 360 and ps3. we had a discussion about which is the beta console. NOW which is the beta game???

This is a tough one halo is a classic its hard to beat halo but now with MW2 i think these guys might have done it!

aha yeh it is a tough disicion, there both great games.

classic v new breed

Halo
- very nice multiplayer
- Editable maps,objects and gametypes ( this for me was great )
- 4 players online on the same console
- great for lan tournaments
- Very rewarding when you get a triple kill etc
- Healthy custom game community ( You can go into your friendslists find a game of infection etc and join nearly anytime, anyday )
- Nice armour unlockables ( although i think stock armour looks the best )
- Theater mode ( Huge double plus! )
- Lots of maps and new DLC's
- Bungie.net stat companion ( this thing dosent miss a beat )
- Healthy community
- im certain i missed something!

COD-
-Lots and lots of upgrades/unlockables
-Great ranking system (xp per kill)
- ADDICTIVE multiplayer
-Joins a game in seconds no waiting
- rarely experience lag
- nice maps
- ADDICTIVE once again
-hmmmm ADDICTIVE!
- and ADDICTIVE

Thats my opinions of multiplayer

btw i think theyre both great games EQUAL

ii have to agree with you post 100% both games have great features

Well looking over that in my eyes Halo wins my vote

Yeh same for me it seems halo is better yet i end up playing COD more....

COD is a very addictive game hands down.. ive neva played halo online before but even split screen and story mode is awesome

i can remember the very first time i played halo 3 online is was bliss i went round NOTtheWii house and we were playing on his brothers xbox (now banned ) that was the first time i expirenced xbox live and NXE it was pure gold

yes yes i remember my first cod experiecne online. i couldnt stop playing it! it was so fun and its great with friendss aswell

Halo is a classic simple but sweet. But then theres COD MW2 technical but perfect. With halos sik BR and Sniper or CODs AUG and M4A1

Cod won it for me with its fantastic perks like Bling (2 attachments) and Hardline (1 less killstreak)

But halo blew me away with its brillent online acheivements and online maps.

So who wins You diside

i prefer halo it relys more on skill then weapons and perks like on Cod

Whats with the no severs in COD

Guys are you forgetting that halo has multiplayer online compatibility. You can do 4 player online now that is hard to beat

MW2 Has plenty of servers well atleast it did in the short time i played

For me it is COD without a doubt. Many people thought cod4 was better than halo 3 and now your comparing a game made in 2006 to one made in 2009. MW2 has the best online around. And you could argue that hardcore takes more skill than halo but overall there is a decent amount of skill because someone who is level 1 after prestige can still own with horrible classes. I think MW2 has superior graphics but i will admit the Coop and map editor are strong pros for Halo.

I think Halo Reach will be a big hit as its using an entirely NEW engine, made by bungie and will be multiplayer orientated but i cant judge it too much until release!

Need for speed is done with the same engine as COD think about that one guys
