No NtW is a Gaymachine. To get a banner you gotta upload it to a image host site like imageshack, then put HAPPY 4th BIRTHDAY XBOX 360! - Page 3 <direct link to pic>

Make one then upload it to photobucket etc and it will give you a code which you will paste in your signature
